Rolled Oats

cup
Milk
coconut milk, almond milk

tbsp
Nuts
nuts and/or seeds

tsp
Cinnamon
or other spices like cardamom or vanilla extract

honey
or your favorite sweetener to taste
Instructions
Throw everything in a jar, screw the lid on top, shake, and off it goes into the fridge! The next morning, you may need to add a dash of milk and enjoy!!
