Ingredients
  • 1clean Jarwith Lid
  • 1/2cup Rolled Oats
  • 1cup Milkcoconut milk, almond milk
  • 2tbsp Nutsnuts and/or seeds
  • 1tsp Cinnamonor other spices like cardamom or vanilla extract
  • 1tsp honeyor your favorite sweetener to taste
Instructions
  1. Throw everything in a jar, screw the lid on top, shake, and off it goes into the fridge! The next morning, you may need to add a dash of milk and enjoy!!
